The Center For Living is a fee for service agency.However, we do offer competitive sliding scale rates. If you are unable to pay our fee, we also have scholarships available based on financial need.

Although The New York Center for Living is a private pay facility, many insurance companies may reimburse our clients upon utilization of their out of network benefits.  We strongly suggest that potential and current clients of The New York Center for Living check with their respective providers before or upon enrollment.  While The New York Center for Living does not guarantee coverage, we are finding that an increasing number of insurance companies are realizing that the treatment at CFL is unique.  CFL is the only Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services 823 licensed facility in New York City, which allows us to treat adolescent co-occuring disorders.
